Store Policies:
When you order the QuWave from our store, you can rest assured that you are
receiving the genuine latest generation model. Since we are the actual manufacturers of the
QuWave products, you can be assured of immediate and quality service before and after the
sale. All products are shipped from the USA. Shipping is usually within 1-3 business days of
receiving your order. If you need the products faster, or have any special request shipping
instructions please send an email or use the contact form.
You can order QuWave products in many ways:
1. Order Online using the shopping cart above (preferred method)
2. Place your order using the Online Chat (this has a secure encrypted connection for
privacy)
3. Fill out The Order Form and send it in
with a check/money order made out to: "Quwave LLC"
4. Fill out The Order Form and fax/send it
in with credit card information
5. Place a credit card order via telephone: 818-478-9283, anytime 24/7
Shipping Charges: No matter how many units you purchase, we charge a flat
shipping/handling fee per each order (up to 5 units). Shipping within the continental USA is
only $10, Canada is $19, and all other international orders are $39 per order. When your order
ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.
Shipping: Please note that order processing typically
takes 1-3 business days until your order is shipped. We are not set-up for same-day
shipping, however, if a customer has an immediate need, please let us know and we will do
our best to get the order shipped sooner. WE DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY OR EXPRESS SHIPPING.
Payments: You can pay with any credit card or a check.
We accept direct Credit Card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept American
Express cards. Please be aware that for fraud security purposes we have to ship to your
verified credit card billing address, or to an address on file with your credit card. We do
not accept Western Union payments or CODs.
Discounts: Occasionally, we offer discounts for some
of our products. This is given as a discount code which you enter into the shopping cart.
Please be aware that these discount codes can only be used on individual units, and not on the
bundled packages. If you place an order for a bundled package and use a discount code, your
order will be cancelled.
Warranty: All of our products carry a full one year manufacturer's
warranty. This convers parts and labor and return shipping within the US (Internatinal customer
may be charged shipping charges). After warranty service is only $49 per unit. For the protable
units, we offer an after-warranty battery replacement service of $39.
Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns: We give you a 30 day
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Once you receive the products, you will have 30 days to check
them out out. You have the full 30 days to evaluate your purchase after you receive the
shipment. If you do not a product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a full
refund. There are no restocking or processing fees. You get back the full purchase price.
You can send it back for a full refund with no questions asked (shipping charges not
refundable). Just contact
us for an RMA number and return instructions.
