Specifications for Dreamer

Using the Dreamer 

• The two standup feet, found in your accessory envelope, will need to be twisted on in order for your tabletop model to stand upright.  Leave them off if using underneath your bed or in your automobile.
• Carefully connect the AC Adapter (included) into your tabletop unit and also into an AC outlet near where you will be placing your tabletop unit. (The power connector is very fragile.)
• The Tabletop Models have three colored LED lights while operating.
• The LED colors are: Amber, Blue, and Green
• Depending on which unit you have purchased, the LEDs will either be constantly ON, or they will blink.
• The Tabletop model needs to always be plugged in to operate.
• There is no ON/OFF switch. Product is designed to be constantly ON when plugged in because the beneficial effects of the waves are cumulative.
• The Tabletop Models generate a large field, but the Dreamer should be 5-10 feet from you for maximum effect.
• To get the full effect, always be in this range of the unit. The closer you are to the unit, the faster you will receive its positive effects 
• These units can be placed on a table, desk, counter-top, or a night-table. It can also be placed flat for places such as under your bed for nighttime use or under your car seat for automobile use.
• Note: Use only the included power adapter with your Tabletop model

How to use the "Dreamer"

The Dreamer should be placed in your bedroom. We recommend placing the unit either on your night-table, or under the bed.

The unit must be plugged-in all the time, there is no on/off switch, it is designed to be always ON. We recommend keeping the unit ON all the time, as the Scalar Waves emitted by the unit are beneficial not only when sleeping, but in general keeping you healthy and stress free.

For the 'tuning fork' effect to be maximized, you should be within 5-10 feet of the Dreamer product. The unit itself has a much greater range beaming the Scalar Field, however, in order to achieve the proper tuning fork effect to stimulate your brain so that it goes into the Delta and Theta brainwaves, you need to be close to the unit (5-10ft).

The unit has three status LEDs to show it is working. These LEDs will constantly blink. If the light is too bright from the LEDs, you can cover them with a small piece of black tape or a sticker (such as electrical tape).

Other Uses

The Dreamer can also be used for meditation, since it produces Delta and Theta waves. These are commonly used during relaxation and meditation. This is why we recommend leaving the unit plugged-in and turned ON all the time, as the unit will continolusly generate these waves, and you will find that your entire house will be turned into a more relaxing environment.

 User Tips

Every human body and mind is different and responds at a different rate to the scalar waves and to the other frequencies generated by our products. It may take anywhere from a few days to two weeks for your body to sync with the product and for you to feel its beneficial effects. The QuWave beneficial effects are cumulative and may take time to achieve full potential.

Some people might experience an overwhelming or uncomfortable feeling in the body and mind when they first use the product. This is perfectly normal and temporary and indicates that your body is reacting to the product. It happens due to a temporary increase in symptoms during the cleansing or detoxification process when your body tries to dispose toxins at a faster rate than it can cope with. You might need to give your body some time to adjust. In order to do this, use the unit for only a few hours at a time until you get accustomed to the beneficial energy.

Some people might be impatient and expect instant miracle results. It does not work like that. You will need to use the product for some time before you will feel its beneficial effects. Some people feel the positive effects within an hour, while for others it takes a couple weeks. It takes some time for the product to fully assimilate with your body energy field and for you to really feel the positive results. This is why we give you 30 days to try out and evaluate our products. You can compare this to an antibiotic prescribed by your doctor. You need to take the pills for 10 days to be effective, you do not just take one and expect miracle results. The same is true for all of our products. 

Theory

The QuWave Solfeggio Models are specially tuned versions of QuWave products. These products add special solfeggio frequencies to the basic scalar wave to achieve a dedicated function and specific results. This is based on a more powerful hardware platform to generate stronger Scalar Wave Fields which are the two solfeggio frequencies. Different frequencies are used in each model. Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that causes one to not be able to fall asleep or to sleep through the whole night. Insomnia can accompany several sleep, medical and psychiatric disorders. It is characterized by a persistent difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep or a poor quality of sleep. Insomnia can be followed by impairments while awake. It can occur at any age but is particularly common in the elderly. Insomnia can last as short as three weeks or can last over a month. It can lead to memory problems, depression, irritability and an increased risk of heart disease and automobile related accidents.

Insomnia is grouped into two categories, Primary and secondary. Primary insomnia is a sleep disorder not linked to a medical, psychiatric or environmental cause. It is described as, not being able to fall asleep, waking in the middle of the night or an experience of “non-refreshing” sleep. A complete diagnosis can determine between primary insomnia and insomnia as a secondary to another condition.

There are three types of Insomnia, Transient, Acute and Chronic. Transient Insomnia lasts less than a week and can be caused by things like changes in sleep environment, time of sleep and also severe depression or stress. The QuWave Dreamer was designed to help with all of these types of Insomnia cases.

Acute Insomnia is the inability to sleep well for a period less than a month. This sometimes becomes present when there is difficulty getting and/or maintaining sleep or when sleep is of poor quality and therefore non-refreshing, as it should be. A lot of times this, normally short term, insomnia is stress related.

Chronic Insomnia lasts longer than one month. It may be caused by another disorder, or a primary disorder. High levels of stress hormones or shifts in cytokine levels are likely to cause Chronic Insomnia. The effects of Chronic Insomnia vary according to its causes. Effects may include muscular fatigue, hallucinations, and/or mental fatigue and can cause double vision.

How does the Dreamer work?

The Dreamer generates two types of brain waves: Theta Waves, and Delta Waves. Basically, these waves act like a tuning fork to make your brain waves vibreate sympathically with the frequencies produced by the Dreamer. These frequencies make your brain more relaxed, and make it easier for it to enter sleep and continue to deeper more relaxed sleep.

The Theta waves halp you to fall asleep and induce what is called Stage 1 Sleep. Stage 1 Sleep is the beginning of the sleep cycle, and is a relatively light stage of sleep. Stage 1 can be considered a transition period between wakefulness and sleep. In Stage 1, the Dreamer helps your brain to produce high amplitude theta waves, which are very slow brain waves. This period of sleep lasts only a brief time (around 5-10 minutes). If you awaken someone during this stage, they might report that they weren't really asleep.

The Delta Waves help you to get your sleep into what is calles Stages 3 and 4 of Sleep. This 3rd stage of sleep is sometimes referred to as delta sleep because of the slow brain waves known as delta waves that occur during this time. During this stage, people become less responsive and noises and activity in the environment may fail to generate a response. It also acts as a transitional period between light sleep and a very deep sleep. Bed-wetting and sleepwalking are most likely to occur at the end of this stage of sleep. Most dreaming occurs during the fourth stage of sleep, known as rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. REM sleep is characterized by eye movement, increased respiration rate and increased brain activity. REM sleep is also referred to as paradoxical sleep because while the brain and other body systems become more active, muscles become more relaxed. Dreaming occurs because of increased brain activity, but voluntary muscles become paralyzed.

In the past, there was no way to get your brain to get into the Theta and Delta states, because the frequencies associated with these states are very low, and too low for humans to be able to hear them.
