The normal warranty on QuWave products is one year
from the time you receive your product. The optional extended 5 year warranty, simply extends
the normal one year warranty to five years.
Warranty covers all parts and workmanship. We will
either repair the defective product, or send a new refurbished product at our discretion.
Warranty does not cover problems due to user abuse, damage, water damage, or miss-handling of
the products.
Customer will have to ship the defective product back to the manufacturer at
his own expense and pay for shipping back the repaired product.
