Q: What do you mean by Active and Passive Products ?
Q: How you compare the QuWave Harmonizer to other popular Pendants or Bracelets ?
A: The two products are very different. Our products actively generate the healing waves, while pendants/bracelets are passive and don't generate any waves.

To use an analogy: Let's say you wanted to paint something blue color. What would you rather do, put a piece of blue painted paper on it, or use a can of spray paint to actually cover it with paint. Our "powered electronic pendant" can be thought of as the can of paint that actually sprays the liquid blue paint, while other "passive non-powered" pendants can be thought of as a piece of paper that was painted blue at the factory.

This is why our products work so much better then pendants and other products. Our products generate the actual Scalar Waves while other products do not generate anything (they either have been exposed to them at the factory, or only absorb the waves in the hopes capturing some of the energy, which is not very effective).

Q: What is the difference between an active generator and a passive device ?
A: A passive product (like most all products sold out there), does not actually generate any waves (see paragraph above), and thus it is not very effective. Active products generate an actual bio-field and are 10-100 times as effective as passive products. The way you know if a product is passive or active, is if it requires power to operate (but be careful, because some products fool you, even though they plug into the AC power socket, they do not use any power, only a ground, which many people say is worthless). You need to have an active power generator to produce an effective field. All of our products generate a powerful active field and thus require power to operate. Thru micro-miniaturization, we are now able to offer a battery powered rechargeable personal unit which is small and light enough to wear as a pendant.

Q: what do you mean that your product is an Active generator ?
A: By an active generator, we mean that the unit actually produces scalar waves, this means that it generates power and requires a power source to make it work (battery, AC, USB, or car power).

Q: What should I get to protect my apartment ?
A: For an apartment or a small house (1-2 bedrooms), we recommend: one Personal Model QuWave for each member of your family (wear it on you all the time, either in pocket, purse, or as a pendant), and one Home Model QuWave to put in room with most EMF sources (usually kitchen or living room). And, if you have an office, we would also recommend the Computer Model QuWave to place next to your computer.

Q: What should I buy to protect my house ?
A: If you have a typical 3-4 bedroom house, we recommend: one Personal model QuWave Harmonizer for each member of your family (wear it on you all the time, either in pocket, purse, or as a pendant), and 2-3 Home Model QuWave Harmonizers - one for your kitchen, one for Living/Media room, and one your office.

Q: What should I get for maximum protection of my family ?
A: For maximum protection, we recommend one Personal model QuWave for each member of your family (wear it on you all the time, either in pocket, purse, or as a pendant), and one for each room with EMF sources, and one for each automobile you drive frequently.

Q: Where do I place the computer unit ?
A: The Computer Model is designed to be powered from any computer or laptop USB connector. Just plug it into the computer, and then using the provided double-handed tape, stick it on the side of the computer. It does not really matter exactly where it goes, as long as it is on or very close to the computer or laptop.

Q: Where do I place the Car Model
A: The Car Model is designed to be powered via the car cigarette lighter plug with the supplied adapter. Just plug the adapter into the cigarette lighter socket, and using the provided cable, plug it into the QuWave Harmonizer, and then you can mount the QuWave Harmonizer with the provided double-handed tape anywhere in the car. Many people stick it under the dashboard, or in the glove compartment, or in the storage compartment between the seats.

Q: Where do I place the House Model
A: The House Model is meant to be placed in any room where there are sources of high EMF interference. Many people also like to put it into their master bedroom and one into each of their children's room for maximum protection. It is best to place it near any sources of the EMF and near where people will be located. This model is excellent for kitchens, media rooms, offices, and rooms with fluorescent lights. The unit can be mounted anywhere using double-sided tape or screws, and it is powered by the supplied AC power adapter.

Q: How often do I need to charge the battery in the Personal Model ?
A: The Personal Model QuWave Harmonizer battery will last about a week before requiring to be recharged. If you see the LED get dimmer, it means it's time to recharge the unit. Just pug it into the supplied charger. Recharging takes a couple hours. If you want to charge it more often, that is OK too, our high-tech charging electronics prevents overcharging of the batteries. The unit continues to operate while being charged.

Q: How long will the battery last in the Personal Model ?
A: The Personal Model QuWave has a battery similar to batteries used in cell phones and iPods. It will continue to work for many years. Although after about 3 years, the battery charge will not hold as long. The internal battery is not user replaceable. After the one year warranty period, we offer a flat $39 battery replacement service, which includes shipping the unit back to you. You just send us the unit, pay the $39 (either online in the Online Store, or enclose a chack/money order), and we replace the battery and send the unit back to you.

A: If you want to be protected, you have to be always within the protective field of the QuWave.

Q: why do you have three different models ?
A: We started out with just one model, the Personal QuWave Harmonizer. But, over the years, we have found that due to the increasingly higher EMF fields in today's world, you need a more powerful product. So, we made the Computer Model to stick on the side of your computer or laptop (which are huge EMF noise polluters), and then we made the House Model to put into rooms which have high EMFs (office, kitchen, living room). And, for people that spend a lot of time commuting ion a car, we made the Car Model to plug into the cigarette lighter.

Q: I've never heard of energy Medicine, is it real ?
A: Interest in Energy Medicine has been exploding over the last 20 years, and energy Medicine has been helping people heal for years. However, it has also been an easy target for standard medicine. Why? Because we don't have instruments that can measure changes in energy in the realm of quantum physics. So in the absence of "hard data", it is easy to say that the results are just the placebo effect. Q: How does it work?
A: The QuWave Harmonizer produces scalar energy that gets transferred to your DNA, which carries charges.
