Shipping Charges: No matter how many units you purchase, we charge a flat
shipping/handling fee per each order (up to 5 units). Shipping within the continental USA is only $10, Canada

Payments: You can pay with any credit card or a check. We accept direct Credit Card
payments as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. Please be aware that for fraud security purposes we have to

Warranty: All of our products carry a full one year manufacturer's warranty. This
convers parts and labor and return shipping within the US (Internatinal customer may be charged shipping
charges). After warranty service is only $49 per unit. For the protable units, we offer an after-warranty
battery replacement service of $39.
Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns: We give you a 30 day 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee. Once you receive the products, you will have 30 days to check them out out. If you do not like
the unit, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. There are no restocking or processing fees. You
get back the full purchase price. You have the full 30 days to evaluate your purchase after you receive the
shipment. You can send it back for a full refund with no questions asked (shipping charges not refundable).
